Sleeprgam hates its customers.
Their shipping window is 2-7 days. If they screw up and don’t even start shipping for 8 days they will do NOTHING to make the situation right. In fact, they will charge you for the order you already paid for at a higher cost than you originally paid. Then when you call to get that fixed they will deny you expedited shipping to make their error even a little bit better.
I was repeatedly refused access to a supervisor or anyone that could help me with my issue.

I received 2 king size down alternative Sleepgram pillows this past week. We have tried them the past 4 nights and find them horrible to sleep on. Though they look lofty enough, once you lay your head down, they bottom out as if many years old. No support. This is one of the worst pillows we have ever bought.

The offer of a comforter seemed too good to be true, so I should have
guessed there’d be a catch somewhere. But they only gave me a minute or two (with a count down, no less) to make my decision. What I didn’t catch was that there was a very short guarantee on the comforter. I was lulled by the 100 day guarantee that came up again and again. So now I owe $195 for a comforter that I don’t even want.
It’s skimpy and makes me dried out.

Why am I waking up so dry that my joints ache
and my eyes bulge out? Dry mouth? Weird skin?
It only happens when I use my new Sleepgram pillow.
Could it be the pillow has some chemical in it that
dries me out like this?

That’s certainly unusual. I’d check with your doctor.

I purchased the Sleepgram pillows based on an offer on Facebook. The accompanying information said a sleep doctor from The Cleveland Clinic was involved in the development based on an issue involving detained immigrant children having sleep issues based on their separation and detention. Per the article, the Doctor was working on a theory that there is a mini-nerve network that becomes activated and inhibits sleep. The design of the pillow was to calm this nerve issue? Pillows were also donated to the facilities caring for the children. Is this information true???

I did some research, but I’m not finding this claim. Does anyone else have information on this?

Yes, I saw the same video claiming Dr. Owens from Cleveland Clinic developed this pillow. I’m wondering if it’s the same pillow or ne with the same name?

I also saw an article on Facebook about this pillow. It also is about a female Dr. Owens, a sleep specialist from the Cleveland Clinic who invented this pillow and donated to a school that was hit by a tornado in Oklahoma.
