Totally agree. Mine broke and fell apart. Not willing to replace it. The reviews on their website are fake (take a look – they list 1000+ reviews with high rating but you can read a handful). Its marketing.
Buy something inexpensive on amazon.com.

Not worth it. I’ve had mouth pieces for years and decided to try this one because of it adjustability. Within 30 days the 2 piece came apart. I contacted “customer service” and got it back in the track and was assured it didn’t hurt the integrity of the device. Well, it’s did the same thing multiples times after this so I contact them and they wound’t refund my money, but they would replace it IF I sent the one I had in first (I can’t sleep without a mouth piece) since I was outside the 30 days even though I contact them about the same issued within 30 days. So I adjusted the two pieces to where I wanted them and melted them together so it wouldn’t move in the middle of the night. I going back to the Purse Sleep, never had any issue with it, was just trying something new…didn’t work out!!!
