Some complaints about the device not working for people who move around a lot, but keep in mind the head has to be on the pillow for Smart Nora to work.

Smart Nora has worked great for me! My husband is grateful too. We used to take turns sleeping on the couch but now that is rare. It does take some time to get used to it and find the right settings that work best for you. I used a Velcro command strip to place the Pebble on my headboard above my head. I also put some black tape over the light so it wouldn’t disturb my sleep.
Customer service was wonderful when my battery pack stopped working. I sent a video and they helped me diagnose the issue through email. I had it up and running again within two weeks. Not bad considering we are in a Pandemic.

After trying other snoring solutions (chin strap, nose plugs, etc.), my wife & I are very grateful to be able to sleep in the same room thanks to Nora! I am the snorer and I feel more rested and with more oxygen after a night’s sleep now. My wife also sleeps way better and that is the best part. It definitely takes a few weeks of getting used to, but after that you barely notice it during the middle of the night.
Pro tip: Cover the Pebble with a sock so the light doesn’t disturb your sleep.

My experience with Smart Nora has been excellent. After a brief adjustment period of about a week I was sleeping virtually snore free. I liked that I could easily travel with the device and took it with me on several trips to Asia and Europe. Also, I found the company to be quite responsive. I did eventually have an issue with the device which they addressed promptly and to my full satisfaction

I bought this straight from their website. It doesn’t work for me. I tried it because they have a guarantee return policy. They use delay tactics for return though. Probably hope you miss their cutoff date. I had to wait 2+ weeks just to get a link for a questionnaire to get a shipping label. Their excuse was social distancing and staffing why I had to wait (seriously). I think it’s pathetic the company uses the pandemic as an excuse for the delay of return. They had no problem sending and charging my card. They told me it’ll take at least 7 days to process when they receive and 2 billing cycles to see the money back in my account. Sorry it’s such a scam. If you stop snoring after a nudge from your significant other in the middle of the night this might work from you but if you’re like me and that lasts for a few seconds before you go right back snoring my guess is this won’t work.
