I bought a mattress cover connected in 2016 for the sum of 250 dollars, which is not nothing.
Since 2016 it has broken down every year, once they replaced the cover, another time the box, another time the complete mattress cover in 2018 and again this year in 2019, the house is defective.
This time, they feel that the mattress cover is no longer under warranty.
In conclusion, this product is really not weak, and as can be seen, even with time the quality does not evolve, the mattress replaced by them in 2018 is already down.
In terms of utility, I remain dubious, the application has been changed several times since 2016, I do not count the versions, and the application becomes more and more indigestible and less and less detail.
Apart from heating the bed, the rest of his functions are useless, he is mistaken about our data, they do not always correspond to reality.
Its connectivity is limited with a home automation box, only a little IFFTT, so it is not possible for example to program a shutdown of the heating part when we go on weekends.
Bad experience in terms of product quality and in terms of use.

I have used the eight tracker since the crowdfunding. It’s really useful when it works.
The first time I received the cover it was not working. They send me back another hardware in order to fix the issue. It was working pretty well.
Once the warranty has expired the cover started to have some issues in mainly linked to the connection. After some weeks the cover stopped working.
I contacted the support to have a solution. They don’t have any solution to submit because the warranty has expired. THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO PROVIDE ANY SPARE PARTS. I told them that I can pay the spare parts, but they don’t want or can’t provide this solution. WHY ?
The only solution is to buy another cover with 50% discount but with 90 days warranty…. why only 90 days ? Probably because they don’t trust on their products.

My solution is to put the cover in the trash …

Really bad experience with this company.
