The thermo cover is great when it works, but something these sort of reviewers don’t test is longevity. Beware, this malfunctions easily. I travel for long periods for work. I’ve had two of these thermo covers and they both stopped working after long trips away (just 3 weeks on one trip after only having the mattress for two months). The second time I specifically reached out to eight sleep beforehand to make sure I followed their exact instructions before leaving. But it still happened again. Now they’re saying they can send a new cover but won’t extend the warranty so it’s likely it’s just going to happen yet again but then I’ll be out of luck once I realize it has. And the support experience is very lengthy and amateur and completely maddening. They’re charging Apple prices for a product that has nowhere near the same quality control and that two year warranty burns out fast, especially when you’re wasting a lot of it navigating customer service with a bed that doesn’t work.
