This U.S. based company is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They create the Sleep Number and Comfortaire beds with Smart technology. They also have a long line of bedding accessories and frames, pillows, sheets, and comforters all to complement their main line of luxury beds.

Products & Materials

Sleep Number has a wide variety of products to sell, their main attraction being their innovative mattresses.

They have a number of series for their mattresses. Classic, Performance, Innovation, Value, and Kids. They also sell bedding, pillows, adjustable bases, frames and furniture, accessories, along with kids’ furniture and bedding.

Classic beds have smart abilities to adjust the comfort levels of either side of the bed to your liking. The Performance Series has enhanced pressure relieving layers. The Innovative beds take this pressure relief to the next level and balance the temperature level of the mattress throughout the night. The Value models use SleepIQ technology, have 5 pressure points zones, and allow you to adjust the firmness of the bed on either side. The S3 model has 7 pressure point zones.

Prices

All beds come in these sizes; Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King. The Value Series is the only one that does not carry Cal King.

The following prices are all for queen sizes.

  • The Classic series carries two models; Sleep Number 360 c2 Smart Bed which is priced at $1000, and Sleep Number 360 c4 Smart Bed which costs $1700.
  • The Performance Series has three available models. There is the 360 p5 Smart Bed prcied $2400, the 360 pSE Special Edition which is $2800, and the 360 p6 Smart Bed which costs $2900.
  • The Innovation Series has four bed models available for sale. First, there is the Sleep Number 360 i7 Smart Bed priced at $3600, the 360 i8 which is at the same price, the limited edition 360 iLE Smart Bed selling at $5000, and finally the 360 i10 Smart Bed which costs $5100.
  • Value models are two in number. The first one is the S1 Bed which costs $900. Then there is the S3 Bed which costs $1500.

Warranty & Returns

All mattresses come with a 25-year limited warranty that covers any manufacture defects or flaws in the mattress. Within the first two years of the warranty, replacements or repairs come free of charge. If you have to repair the mattress after two years, then you have to pay a certain percentage of the total cost for repairs and damages.

This warranty does not cover the occasions of natural wear and tear, any damage done by usage such as punctures, rips, scratches or cuts.

The warranty can only be used if you have the original receipt and are the original purchaser of this product. The label must also be intact when before you send this mattress back for repairs.

Shipping Information

There are two typical options for shipments, UPS and Home Delivery and setup. You’ll receive a confirmation email that also has a tracking number and further details. For some products, shipping will be free, otherwise payment fees are listed on their website for all the different products.
