DO NOT purchase this device. It irritates the teeth and gums. I returned the product within the 90 days and a month later still no refund and no response from customer service. Don’t bother calling their 1-800 number it only directs you to the email which they have also stopped replying to. BEWARE

I am not sure this company is as forth coming as they claim. I bought a zyppah device. Called the company to return it as it did not work for me. Was given return instructions and here I am 2 months later with no credit to my visa. Not happy.
