Customer Service is awful!!
I ordered a queen size and was sent a standard size!!
I tried to call to rectify the situation but did not get a response so I called my credit card company to put the purchase in dispute!!
This company has three (3) different customer service phone numbers and one (1) of the phone numbers has been busy!!
I should have ordered from the original maker of this blanket!!
This company seems like a scam!!
