Puffy has created their mattress selections after four years of research and development. Puffy and Puffy Lux was made to be used and enjoyed by those with back pain and discomfort.
These mattresses are made in the U.S with environmentally friendly materials. Puffy has been best known for their mattress the Puffy and now the newer model, Puffy Lux.
Products & Materials
Along with their mattresses, Puffy also sells pillows, comforters, mattress pads, and bed frames.
The Puffy has three layers of foam inside and is an award-winning luxury mattress. It’s a considerably firmer mattress that has temperature regulation and contouring properties for better balance.
The Puffy Lux is a plusher mattress with a higher number of advancements. It has four foam layers and can regulate the temperature as well. It targets complete pressure relief and has a luxury cover.
The first layer is composed of gel infused non-latex visco polyurethane foam for softness and a cool surface. The second layer is exclusive to Puffy Lux, which is an adaptive polyurethane made to support and target your pressure points. The third layer is made to regulate the temperature of the mattress. The final layer is the Firm Core Support Foam.
Prices
There are three frame options to complement your mattress with; the Puffy Bed Frame which is $895, the Puffy Adjustable Base which is $1195, and the Puffy Mattress Foundation which is $135.
The Puffy Mattress Pad is $170. Puffy Pillows are sold for $75 and a Puffy Comforter for $170. If you want a puffy mattress protector, it costs $85.
The price range for the Puffy Mattress is from $795 to $1350, depending on the size you select. Available sizes include Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and Cal King.
Given the advancements of the Puffy Lux, it comes at a grander price than the Puffy Mattress. The sizes are the same as those for the Puffy Mattress and the price ranges from $1445 to $1995.
Warranty & Returns
Puffy offers a 101-Night Sleep Trial for their mattresses. If you’re not satisfied with the mattress during this time period, you can take advantage of their no questions asked return policy. A following full refund will compliment this return. This policy can only be applied to Puffy products sold directly through Puffy.com.
Puffy also gives a lifetime warranty coverage with the purchase of a mattress. If there is legitimate damage done to the mattress because of a manufacturing error, Puffy will send a new replacement mattress.
The puffy adjustable base has a ten-year limited warranty. With this warranty, you can have your base repaired or replaced so long as the damage was not caused after the purchase of the base.
Shipping Information
Shipments coming either to or from Puffy are for free unless you are from Hawaii or Canada. Returns from these regions will not have their primary shipment payment repaid. Customers who live in the USA have free shipment.
Shipment of products purchased will come through FedEx and returns will be sent back the same way.
