Warranty and Returns
Returns to Ontel are accepted within a provided 30-day window. Within the first 15 days though, the return shipment will be completely free. After this, the returns will only be accepted, but the shipping won’t be for free.
There are exceptions for returns for clothing, bedding, wearable items, freight items, and holiday specific items, unless you are returning them in less than a week of purchase.
As Seen On TV Express has a different return policy, which is that products can firstly only be returned if they were bought from AsSeenOnTVExpress.com. They also have a 30-day window in which you are required to receive an RMA number and return the receipt.
Within the 30-day window, you are eligible to get a full refund. The product must be sent back in peak condition in the original packaging it was delivered in. If your product can be refunded, you will be alerted through an email. There is no return policy for any clearance items.
