Overview
Luxi was founded in 2015 by David and Shannon Farley, a father-daughter duo that noticed a gap in quality mattresses on the market. They wanted to offer their customers a high-quality memory foam mattress that contours to the body to offer maximum support without sacrificing comfort. They began producing and selling mattresses to the general public and have not looked back since.
They offer one of the only “bed-in-a-bag” kits that contains the mattress itself and have garnered numerous positive reviews since becoming live for consumers.
Products & Materials
Luxi products are currently not available in stores; as they are purely an online retailer. All of their mattresses are memory foam based products and use only certified, chemical free materials. Each mattress is produced and shipped from the United States.
- The Luxi 3-in-1 Adjustable Mattress is the first mattress produced and one of their bestselling products. This mattress is suitable for sleepers of all positions and reduces pressure on the spine to allow for correct alignment while lying flat. It uses advanced technology to allow the mattress to be changed from soft to medium firm to firm. The adjustments can be for the entire mattress or for each separate side with motion transfer reduced for a quality night of sleep. Using only certified memory foam and a breathable topper; this mattress does not overheat during the night.
- The Luxi One Mattress is for customers that are looking for a budget mattress that still delivers in quality. Using memory foam with airflow channels, this mattress does not have the adjustable qualities of the 3-in-1 but it does offer the same high level of comfort and support. It is a medium-soft mattress; making it suitable for back, side and stomach sleepers.
- The Luxi Pillow is a newer product for this company but it features the same memory foam internal layers as the mattresses. Covered with a cotton-blend breathable material; it is guaranteed to support the head and neck during slumber without sinking down once weight is applied.
Prices
Luxi pricing is comparable to other retailers of the same level; offering customers the choice between a Twin sized mattress (starting at $549.00) up to the California King Mattress (starting at $1598.99).
Pillows are available in one or two packs with a choice between standard sizing and king; starting at $79.00 and ranging up to $188.00.
Warranty & Returns
Luxi has followed in the footsteps of many of their competitors by offering their customers a trial period of 100 nights on the Luxi One Mattress and a 1000 night trial on the Luxi 3-in-1 Mattress. This 100 or 1000 night trial allows the customer to truly test out the mattress; allowing ample time for off-gassing and contouring to occur. If the customer is not satisfied within this time frame; they contact the customer service department to start the return/refund process. Luxi asks their customers to sleep on their mattress for at least 30 nights before starting a return process.
Once the 100 night trial has been reached; Luxi does not accept returns but they do offer a 10-year limited warranty covering any manufacturers’ defects or damages. This warranty is offered on only mattress purchases and do not include pillows sold.
Shipping Information
Luxi offers their customers, within the United States, free shipping on all orders with a $0.00 minimum. This shipping offer is available to all customers that live in the continental United States and most orders will ship within three to five business days after payment has been processed.
