All IKEA products come with a 365-day return window in which you can receive a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your product. Your returned product cannot be stained, dirty, damaged, or abused otherwise you won’t receive a full refund. Mattresses can be exchanged for another mattress under the same conditions.
IKEA products also come with a 25-year warranty. For mattresses, there are certain aspects that will be covered under the warranty; the springs inside of a spring mattress, foam and latex core in a foam and/or latex mattress. Wooden frames, slats, and springs in slatted beds will also be dealt with. If covered under the warranty, all repair costs will be covered by IKEA. If your mattress has been damaged through natural wear and tear, or the fault has nothing with the workmanship or components, then it will not be covered under the warranty.
Delivery pricing starts at $10. Your order will be processed and ready to deliver typically within 1-2 days. Depending on how near or far away you are from the store, though, it could take a minimum of 4 hours and a maximum of 5 days.
IKEA uses 3rd party vendors to ship your order to your home, so there will be a shipping fee. Truck deliveries begin at $39 and go up from this price depending on how you’re getting your shipment. The vendor will call you a day before your scheduled delivery date to make arrangements for the pickup and installation. Deliveries come between the hours of 8 am and 10 pm.
