Did you know there are around 175 online mattress companies to choose from? With new ones continually popping up, it can be hard to narrow down your choices to just one. Considering all these options are available at your fingertips makes the decision even harder.

For a total of 12 inches in overall thickness, the Casper Hybrid consists of four main layers plus its springs. What’s even more impressive than the vast number of bed-in-a-box options is the fact that, just six short years ago, this business model didn’t even exist! It was introduced by the founders of Casper back in 2014 and has taken the industry by storm.

If you’re interested in doing business with a company that has the experience to back up their claims, Casper’s got what you’re looking for. I recently tried out the Casper Hybrid model, and I’ve found it to be great for:

  • Combination sleepers with the use of the Zoned SupportTM
  • People who have trouble moving or getting in and out of bed through the use of bouncy materials in both the base and top comfort layers
  • Women with pear or apple-shaped bodies
  • Men with triangle, rhomboid, or inverted triangle body types
  • Hot sleepers
  • Sleep partners considering the excellent edge support and low motion transfer

Excellent Bounce, Great Motion Isolation

Yes, you read that right. With many mattresses, excellent bounce comes at the cost of a sleep surface that transfers motion to the other side. This means sleep partners will have trouble staying asleep when one person moves or gets up in the middle of the night.

While the Casper Hybrid does place their proprietary bouncy material in the top layer and the innersprings at the bottom, they strategically sandwiched memory foam in between. The result is a highly bouncy mattress great for people with mobility issues that don’t transfer motion across the sleep surface.

Original Casper vs. Casper Hybrid

If you were to look at the Original Casper and the Casper Hybrid side-by-side, you wouldn’t be able to tell them apart. However, if you were to lie down on each, you’d notice:

  • The Hybrid is a tad bit firmer
  • The Hybrid has better edge support
  • The Hybrid allows you to move around easier

If you were to sleep on each product, you may also notice you sleep slightly cooler on the Hybrid model. This is all due to a change made in the base unit of the Casper Hybrid mattress. Where we used to find a 5 ½ inch foam base we now find a seven-inch innerspring unit. Although the cost is a couple of hundred bucks higher, the many improvements that resulted from this change can prove well worth it. Best of all, when you use our promo code, you’re only paying $100 more, adding to the overall value!
