This review is coming from not just one, but 2 people. My husband no longer can sleep on the bed and has been in my daughters bed for 2 months. He was hurting to bad. I was up at 4 am with pain yet again. This is nightly. Every move I make I wake up. Back, hip, and even my rib hurt constantly and daily now. We’ve tried both sides and even they sent a topper which it’s kust worse every night. People ask me what’s wrong with my back all the time as it’s so stiff I have to brace myself to get up from standing. We tried so hard to love this mattress wanting something healthy. I researched so much before as spending this amount of money was a splurge after losing everything in flooding of hurricane Harvey and feel all the reviewers were paid to write something nice and positive. I dont see an honest review of someone (2 people) after 5 months. I can’t recommend this mattress unless you want to be up all night every night and want to sleep away from spouse. The employees are super nice I give them that. My pain level though I’m only 35 and super healthy. Tonight up at 4 am was the last straw. Decided a solid 5 monther review was in order.

The delivery and customer service sucks. I order 2 mattresses and frames, 1 mattress was stained, 1 frame was broken. Its been about 30 days since I purchased, and I still have to wait on the technician, so so much for the set up in your home in 18 days guarantee. Apparently I am a “rare” situation, which may explain the poor/inadequate response from this company.

Will this bed work for a couple who likes a plush feel so that there aren’t any pressure points causing pain at the hip and shoulder?

It’s also unlikely that your Zenhaven will not develop body impressions over time since the integrity and buoyancy of the latex does not allow for this to occur.
Can you explain what this means? likely that the mattress will develop body impressions or will not. The double negative is confusing me.
