Looking at the 4in Visco Memory Foam top on amazon can’t get anyone to tell me if it would work on mattresses for adjustable-beds

They will work. However, they do tend to slide around when you make adjustments. I’d suggest placing a fitted sheet over the topper to keep it in place.
