Thanks for the information, I just purchased a Flex Prima Queen Matt, and it is too firm for me. I sleep on my right side, and when I wake up in the morning, my side is painful and my joints hurts. I like the height of the mattress but the firmness is what I cannot deal with, so I am going to return this mattress to the Room Place. Further, I was not properly informed by the sales associate regarding this mattress.

Very good information here, thank you! (May be a typo, but check your paragraph about 90 day warranty – you also said 30 days.) Not clear what is “split” on the split model, but I’m probably not going with that option anyway.
