I purchased a queen pad Dec 2017 and used throughout the winter of 2017-2018. When I turned on the pad this October, it heated unevenly. One side barely got warm while the other side seemed to heat normally, but after a couple of weeks, the “good” side began to lose heating ability. Additionally, the side that does not heat well also heats in spots, unevenly.
I contacted Sunbeam customer service and was told to return the pad to them and that it would be two to three weeks before they could check it and either repair or replace it, if they found a problem, and return it to me.
I am now looking for a replacement that hopefully will arrive before next year.
