This company must be out of business! I ordered one mouthpiece & never received a confirmation; I left a comment on their website, no reply; I called their phone number which was well hidden, no answer; I found an email address, no reply but they somehow managed to charge my credit card! Thank goodness for PNC Bank, they are handling it!
