1. Heat up enough water in your microwave to submerge the device until it begins to boil.

6. If it looks good, set the device by placing it back in your bowl of cold water.
Keep in mind, you can only re-customize your mouthpiece three times before the soft, moldable plastic begins to lose its shaping properties, so make sure you follow these instructions carefully. However, I was able to achieve the same goal with a nail file or by simply pulling the top and bottom apart.
Look at the arrows and numbers on the side to align the upper and lower sections so the lower one is in the position that works for you. When you have it set, squeeze the pieces together until you hear them click. Remember, this isn’t necessarily about comfort. It’s more about finding that perfect position to get snoring to stop without having to overdo it and jack your lower jaw too far forward, which can be uncomfortable.

Eliminator Pro 2.0 isn’t going to work for everyone, and its limitations are pretty standard for a MAD. If you have loose teeth, unhealthy gums, or dental implants within the last year, you’ll need to explore other options. If you have respiratory disorders like asthma and emphysema, you shouldn’t use this product, either, unless cleared by your doctor to do so. It’s also not intended to be used to treat central sleep apnea.

Ideally, the manufacturer recommends you use an ultrasonic cleaner. However, you can suffice using toothpaste and a toothbrush and/or soaking the device in denture cleaner after every use.
I like that the product is relatively smooth as this makes cleaning easier. Never use harsh chemicals or household cleaners like bleach or ammonia. After rinsing, make sure you get the mouthpiece completely dry and keep it in the supplied container.
