I purchased a cooling mattress pad and it made my bed feel Rock hard plus it was so slippery that the sheets would not stay on. Website states ” If you aren’t happy, neither are we”. However, I tried to contact the company for a return – took 3 phone calls before they finally returned my call. Then told me if it was opened, they would not take it back. How are you supposed to know if you like it or not, if you can’t open it. there is over $200 down the drain!!!
