My pillows are good but The company doesn’t honor their warranty. These pillows last about 2 years at the most but nowhere near 10 like Mike Lindell says the warranty is.

Be careful with this company. I ordered a mattress topper and they shipped it to the wrong place.4 weeks later no topper and $288 charge on my credit card. Now they are charging me $50 to get my refund.

My experience with MYPILLOW was awful!
I purchased directly through the retailer, two pillows for $96. Took the survey to find my “best fill type”… received the pillows. They were extremely uncomfortable and went flat in literally three days.
I contacted Customer Service for a return number (required) and was put on hold for an eternity. Spoke to Tanya who was rude and unhelpful. Told me there would be a $10 fee taken from my refund for shipping (ridiculous but whatever). She did not give me the refund amount total… for a reason… because they actually took $20! So I was only refunded $75! Called back and spoke to Teri and supervisor Jacqueline who was equally as combative and rude. I mentioned their F rating on BBB and she scoffed. She refused to give me the refund that was promised.
So in the end I paid $20 for a sore neck and no pillows. Don’t make my mistake, everyone!

My Pillow Yellow is the only one I like. Haven’t tried the My Pillow white. Started out with the Green & Purple. Both had too much filling for my husband & me. I took some filling out of the Green & Purple, but still not to my satisfaction. I don’t understand the branding classifications that were mentioned: Classic, Giza, Premium? Not sure what brand my favorite Yellow My Pillow is (I have 7—3 in my house, 2 in MH & 2 in spare room at my daughter’s). I buy from Zulily when the King is under $30.00 per Pillow. I’ve washed the 2 Yellow My Pillows that are in my home and they wash well. Seems the pillows are somewhat more comfortable after washing. To me, the pillows dried in a normal amount of time in my dryer. My Pillow Yellow is my all time favorite.

I suffer with shortness of breath….worse when I sleep, and wake up often.. I am wanting to order “MY PILLOW” once again, as I am sure I did not try it long enough when I got them a year ago and returned them.
Please let me know if “MY PILLOW” will help me ease my problem and I can get a better nights rest. I am certain that it will help me with my aches & Pains …getting old is getting very pain full but at 72 I am not ready to give up.
