Complete crap. Two in a row that leak. Even the retailer finally admitted it was one of the worst items in his store.

My mom purchased me my Intex queen mattress for Christmas, and fingers crossed so far I have had no problems with it, I just moved from out of state so I had no bed at all. I love this bed its comfortable and I sleep great! I can only hope I have no problems with it.

My wife and I purchased the Intex Pillow Rest raised air mattress through Evine.com in March of 2015. We use it when my Mother is in town and when our Granddaughter sleeps over. Total usage, probably less than 20 nights use. Just today after my Mother slept one night, a section of the mattress raised up above the other section running length wise along a seam. So the mattress is basically unusable at this point. I found the receipt and called Intex today 8/23 at noon mountain time. The gal that answered the phone could have cared less that it was ruined after only a few uses and said the warranty was over. That was it, didn’t care about what happened at all. Very disappointed with the quality and especially the customer service. I will certainly avoid any Intex products in the future and urge any readers to look elsewhere to a company that actually cares about their customers and the quality of their product. S. I purchased two queen size Intex air beds over the past Two years and after several months the seams blew in each bed. When i took the problem back to the store all they could say was…I have had one for five years and mine did not have a problem. No one jumps on it no one abuses it..All the happened the first time was a young person about one hunderpounds sat on the bed with her feet hanging over and blew the first seam. we still used it but eventually the rest blew. I went an purchased a second one thinking i had received a “dud” he firs time this time being extra careful to the point of being annoying to anyone who sleep on it. again the first seam blew My question to your department is what causes this…I only use them at home when we have sleep overs with the kids I was wondering if you sold an air bed that is queen size that does not have seams tha has a flat top and if so where could I purchase one and for how much. I love the product but don’t want to go through this expense again. Thank you. claire seman

Hey Claire… we don’t actually sell any products, we just review them and sorry to hear about your experience. I always recommend the SoundAsleep Dream Series to people unhappy with their current, less durable air mattress. Yes you have to pay more but it is well worth it.
