I am a back sleeper and am trying to break in the pillow to get a comfortable sleep.
The larger part of the pillow resulted in pain between my shoulder blades. Can I use the
smaller part of the pillow?
Where should I position my arms and shoulders while sleeping.

This might sound odd, but, when you’re sleeping on your back, have you tried not using a pillow? Sometimes, they can throw your spine out of alignment in this positions, and I think this could be leading to some of the pain you’re experiencing.

I am a recent purchaser of the BedSure Memory foam pillow..
When I used the larger side of the pillow I had pain at the base of my head and pain between
my shoulders. Could I use the smaller side of the pillow.?
Where should I position my shoulders and arms when Iam sleeping?
