Warranty & Returns
Zyppah offers a full refund within 90 days of the original purchase date provided that a valid receipt accompanies the used product. Return and original shipping fees are not included in the refund price. To complete a return/refund, simply fill out the online return form to receive your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and shipping label. Without this number, a refund will not be processed.
All orders also include a one-time 90 day warranty where the device will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer for any reason. Once the 90 days is up; Zyppah is not responsible for any defects or wearing issues that the customer may have.
Shipping Information
Shipping for the Zyppah antisnoring device is generally within three to five business days of a completed order and will ship directly from the Las Vegas warehouse. Shipping is available to both national and international customers but shipping to P.O. Boxes is not allowed. A physical address must be provided and Zyppah is not responsible for any additional processing or custom fees occurred during international shipments.
