I really like that the mattress isn’t just delivered at your doorstep when you’re at work. This is the case for many companies. I live on a pretty quiet street, but this could be an issue in high-crime areas. Purple’s shipper will be in contact, and they arrange a day for you to be home to meet the delivery crew. Keep in mind that the delivery time will range. For example, I set mine up for a Tuesday afternoon from one to five, so I had to make sure I was close to home. They do call you a half-hour ahead of time in case you do step out.
