My First Impression
It takes some time to properly analyze a new mattress, but I would like to share my initial thoughts on this product.
— Slightly Plush
Based on the results of my sleep quiz, Helix’s algorithms decided that a slightly plush firmness level will work best for my needs, and this is based on my personal comfort choices. I typically choose mattresses on the medium-firm side, so I am excited to see if this is a better fit for me. Upon first contact, it really didn’t feel much different than other products I’ve tried, but I know that it can take a little bit of time to break the mattress in, so I’ll be sure to report back with you on whether or not I notice a change in overall firmness.
— Very Responsive
You will definitely notice that the Helix mattress is very responsive. The increased bounce can be largely accredited to the coil springs found in the second layer of the product. What we can often see in bouncy products is that motion is easily transferred, but I really feel the product finds a great balance in these two important factors. I can easily move around without disturbing anyone who may be sleeping next to me.

— Excellent Customer Service
From the moment I ordered this product I have felt like a valued customer. The questions asked helped me gain confidence that they were preparing a customized product fit for my needs. As I waited for it to arrive, I received frequent emails updating me on the status of the delivery. Then, when the product did arrive, there was a sticker on the top of the box with my name and the results of my sleep quiz. I have not had the need to contact customer service at this point, but they have been very responsive in regards to my order.
I have spent a couple of nights sleeping on this product so far, and I am already quite impressed. I find that it doesn’t take very long for me to find just the right position that’s the most comfortable, and I wake up feeling rejuvenated and ready to face the day. The results of the sleep quiz have produced a mattress that feels a little bit different than what I’m used to, so I’m curious to see if I have been choosing the wrong products all these years.
