Rather than using commercial sanders to remove markings such as knots, holes, and saw marks, they allow them to remain, and I felt this gave it a rustic look that I enjoy. Headboard Options

The only headboard eLuxury Supply can guarantee to be compatible with this product is the one made to go with it. If you have another headboard you would like to use with the frame, it’s likely you will need to make adjustments. However, this could void your return policy depending on the adjustments you make in the event you wish to return the product.

Boxsprings

If you have boxsprings, you can use them on this product. However, they are not required.

Frame Assembly

I was able to put this product together by myself. However, I would note that, if you purchase the headboard, you may want to have someone help you as it’s very heavy and can be a little bit difficult to fit into the frame on your own.

1. After you have unpackaged your frame, insert the included lag bolts into the two pilot holes of each foot.

2. The bracketed ends of each lag bolt will then be fitted onto the lag bolts. Tighten them using the provided ½ inch combination wrench.

3. Using the included carriage bolts, connect the two center support legs and tighten.

4. Insert the center support and attached legs into the center support channels on the foot and head of the frame.

5. Place slats into the slots. You will find four slats that are wider than the rest, and these are placed at the head and foot.

My Thoughts on the Frame

I found this frame to be relatively straightforward when it came to assembly. eLuxury Supply even provides the ½ inch combination wrench, the only tool you’ll need to put the entire frame and headboard together.

I found it to fit in well with the decor of my bedroom, and its design and look is compatible with most room styles. I also found the product to be very sturdy.
