WinkBeds is a company established back in 2016. While it only provides one mattress model and different other bedding items, it has become widely popular due to its option for overweight people, but also because it offers a lifetime warranty for their mattress.
Aside from selling online, WinkBeds also has three physical location where people can test the mattress for themselves: in New York, Chicago – Illinois, and Edina – Minnesota.
Products & Materials
WinkBeds is widely-recognized for offering the WinkBed – a hybrid mattress that combines several layers of foam, but has an innerspring support core. The bed is covered with Tencel fabric, being incredibly soft and stretchy.
There are four different firmness options to choose from: soft (with a firmness score of 4.5/10), luxury firm (6.5/10), firm (7.5/10), and plus (6.5/10).
WinkBeds also offers a series of other products, such as adjustable bases, low profile foundations, heavy-duty bed frames, a mattress protector, and a sheet set that’s made entirely out of cotton.
Price Range
The price of the WinkBed mattress will depend not just on the size chosen, but also on the firmness level you opt for. While three of the four options available have the same price, the plus option will always be more expensive.
That being said, a Twin-size WinkBed will cost $1,049, but the plus option of the Twin bed will go as high as $1,249. The highest price for a WinkBed is $1,999, which is what the Cal King plus mattress costs.
Warranty & Returns
The company offers a lifetime warranty for their mattress, meaning that you will get a free replacement mattress in case yours is ever rendered unusable because of any material defects or workmanship problems.
The return policy of a mattress is linked to its free trial, meaning that you can return the mattress before the trial period ends. With the WinkBed, you are covered by 120 nights of free use, during which you can initiate a return if you feel that the mattress doesn’t deliver what you hoped it would.
If you decide to initiate a return, you will not have to pay any shipping fees. However, those that wish to exchange their WinkBed with a new one, will have to cover a flat fee of $49, which includes delivery, old mattress exchange, plus 60 trial days for the new mattress.
WinkBeds also offers a 50% replacement option. This is available to all customers that have exceeded the 120 nights of free sleep trial, but still want to exchange their mattress for either a new one, or want a different firmness level for the current one. WinkBeds will only charge 50% of the current mattress price.
Shipping Information
WindBeds offers free shipping to all 48 continental US states. Customers will have to select the free delivery option upon checkout. The shipping offer does not include bringing the mattress indoors and then installing it.
WinkBeds does not deliver its products to Alaska or Hawaii, nor does it ship internationally.
