Stansport is a company that creates quality, affordable camping gear for the everyday outdoor adventurer. It has been in this line of business since 1949, making it a seventy-year-old family-run company strongly withstanding the competition over the years.
Products and Materials
When it comes to bedding products, Stansport has a considerably vast line of air beds in different sizes and styles. There are three types of mattresses sold by Stansport that come in different sizes.
The self-inflating Air Mattress has a fully-bonded high-density foam core. The easy-grip nylon cover makes it easier for the air bed to stick onto rough terrains during the night. With this purchase, you will also receive a mesh stuff bag to carry your air bed around along with other camping bedding equipment you may need.
The Deluxe Air Bed uses an extra-heavy PVC material, a coil beam that has a waffle construction, and a plush flocked surface for extra comfort. The valve can be used to both inflate and deflate the mattress. The valve also has a self-locking safety feature. Finally, there are electronically welded seams strengthening the entire mattress.
The Double High Deluxe Air Bed is a more luxurious option in comparison to the Deluxe Air Bed. Like before, it uses extra-heavy PVC material, has the same coil beam waffle construction, and plush flocked surface. The valve and welded seams are the same as well.
Prices
The self-inflating Air Mattress comes in two different thicknesses, 3 inches, and 1.5 inches. The 3-inch mattress costs $123, while the thinner 1.5-inch air bed costs $56.
The Double High Deluxe Air Bed only comes in a Queen size. This bed comes for $117.
The Deluxe Air Bed comes in four sizes; twin, full, queen, and king. The twin-sized mattress comes for $35, the full-sized mattress is $46, the queen-sized mattress costs $54, and finally, the king-sized mattress is priced at $65.
Warranty and Returns
Returns are free of cost. If you want to return your air bed, you must notify the Stansport customer service 5 days after the initial delivery. Proof of purchase and RMA is also required. The original packaging is required to return the product.
Your item will be replaced if the item is damaged, defective, or broken due to the fault of the company. The return process is hassle-free, and a confirmation process will be sent to you within 24-48 hours. The return shipping fee has to paid by you, returning the product. The refund will be issued within 30 days.
All air beds come with a 90-day warranty which promises the products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. You can only get a replacement free of charge from this warranty. The obligation of Stansport is limited to the initial price of the product.
This warranty doesn’t apply to any products that have been altered, improperly used, or abused before the claim of your warranty.
Shipping Information
Shipment is free on any orders that are $50 and above. All shipments will be sent out 1-3 days after placing an order. Your order will be canceled and you will be notified if the product is no longer in stock.
Stansport does not ship outside of America, and sale taxes are charged on orders shipped to California, Indiana, Pennsylvania, and Washington. Once your order gets processed, you can’t change or cancel it. If you make the wrong purchase Stansport will not cover this error.
If you want to refuse delivery once it has been delivered to your door, the standard return policy will not apply. You have responsibility for the restocking fee which can be up to 20% of the original price.
