SoundAsleep is a small, family-owned, local business that proudly produces air mattresses for their customers. The company’s Corporate Headquarters is located in New Jersey where manufacturers research and develop their mattresses as well.
Products & Materials
SoundAsleep has three mattress series to select from; the SoundAsleep Dream Series, the SoundAsleep CloudNine Series, and the SoundAsleep Camping Series.
- The Dream Series includes a Twin, Queen, and King size. For additional support, it has 21 internal air coils and a waterproof flocked top. These mattresses work with a 110v outlet.
- The CloudNine series sports an integrated air pump that will run continuously throughout the night without the need for you to monitor it. It has 3 comfort levels and I-beam shaped internal air coils for a level sleeping surface. It has a waterproof, flocked top for durability.
- Finally, there is the Camping series which has a Twin and a Queen-sized option. This mattress also has I-beam air coils for a level surface but only has one layer. It is made from eco-friendly PVC for outdoor use. The outdoor pump comes with a rechargeable battery.
Prices
The most expensive series SoundAsleep offers is the CloudNine series that also has the most advanced features. All SoundAsleep products are priced comfortably without being extravagant for their customers.
In the Dream Series, the Twin sized bed costs $130, the Queen size costs $160, and the King size costs $200.
In the CloudNine series, the Twin sized mattress costs $250. The Queen-sized mattress costs $300.
Finally, there is the Camping Series. The Twin sized bed is priced at $110 while the Queen-sized mattress cost $120.
Warranty & Returns
All SoundAsleep air mattresses are covered with a one-year limited warranty. If you wish to apply for this warranty, call or email their support line for further details and conditions.
Warranties will not cover beds that have been used for daily use or have been damaged during use. Amazon covers all of the warranty and returns policies so long as you are purchasing from a legitimate seller. 3rd rate sellers have no affiliation with these policies.
SoundAsleep offers a 30-day hassle free return policy for all of its mattresses. A refund will also be provided with this return if you are in the 30-day timeframe. Any return made after the first 30 days of purchase will not be refunded.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and the company is not responsible for the return shipment payment. The refund will be received within 10 business days once the returned product has been delivered back to the company.
Shipping Information
SoundAsleep sells exclusively in the USA and does not deliver products internationally.
There are three expected shipping timings for all SoundAsleep products. If you are receiving a standard shipment, then it will take 5 to 7 business days for the mattress to reach you. If you have an expedited shipment arriving, then it can take 3 to 5 days. If your package is a priority package, then you’ll have it delivered to you in 2 business days.
