Overview
SnoreRX is a sleep aid device that’s meant to help individuals who snore loudly overcome the problem. It is meant to solve problems with blocked airways, which are caused by throat muscles collapsing. It holds the lower jaw forward, keeping the airway open to prevent people from snoring.
Materials & Construction
SnoreRX is a Mandibular Adjustment Device that comes in a one-size-fits-all dimension. It is made from copolymer plastic, and requires following a few steps in order to fit the mouthpiece for better comfort.
The piece is usually boiled inside the microwave, in a bowl of water, for about a full minute. Once the bowl is removed from the microwave, place the mouthpiece inside another bowl, filled with room-temperature water, for a couple of seconds. The purpose of this step is to soften the mouthpiece, so that you can then bite it, and mold it to your own dental configuration. This method is usually referred to as “boil and bite”.
When you’ve removed the piece from the room-temperature water, bit down on it firmly, so that you can create your own impressions. You can make further mouthpiece adjustments, if need be, because of the built-in mechanism (you can find instructions on how to adjust the mouthpiece here).
Prices
This mouthpiece will currently cost you $99 for a single product, but you will get a generous discount if you order two. The 2-pack SnokeRX costs only $154.
Warranty & Returns
The SnoreRX sleeping aid doesn’t have warranty coverage, but it does offer a 30-day window for returns. To return your order, you will have to send the mouthpiece back to the company’s headquarters. You are not required to keep the original package of the product: all the company requires in the device itself.
Refunds are usually processed between three and five business days from the moment the company received the product. You can return the product via any means you like, but it is recommended to choose a service that offers tracking information. Aside from shipping charges, you will be reimbursed for the money you’ve spent: the value of the product and taxes.
Shipping Information
SnoreRX is available for shipping both in the US, as well as internationally, depending on your country’s proximity to one of their fulfillment centers. You can order your own mouthpiece if you live in Canada, New Zealand, Australia, or the European Union (except Croatia).
There are different shipping options that you can turn to:
- The United States Postal Service offers first-class delivery, which means that you will get your device in about three to seven business days.
- FedEx offers Priority Overnight shipping (delivering the package the next business day), 2Day shipping (delivering the package over the course of the two next business days), and Home Delivery (the package takes about three to five business days to reach its destination).
- International shipments are handled by FedEx, and they take one to three business days with the International Priority service, and four to six business days with the International Economy service.
