Overview

Simba is a bedding company founded back in 2015, which currently sells a couple of bedding-related items, as well as a hybrid mattress. Simba is a London-based company which manufactures its products in the UK and Poland.

Products & Materials

The Simba hybrid mattress has a hypoallergenic cover with a zipper opening, allowing you to remove the mattress and wash it whenever needed. The comfort layer is made with Simbatex foam, featuring open-cell structure that makes the layer breathable by facilitating airflow.

The center of the mattress sports a thin layer of pocketed microcoils, which minimize motion transfer and provide great support for the sleeper. The edge-to-edge support of the mattress makes sure that you can fully enjoy the entire surface of the mattress, whether you’re near the center or close to the edge.

Between the pocketed coils and the thick and high-density foam base lies one more layer of responsive memory foam.

Simba also makes a bunk bed mattress, in a single standard size, great for children over the age of three. This children’s mattress is also a hybrid, made with visco foam and pocket springs.

Some of the other products that are part of Simba’s line-up are:

  • A hybrid topper which is made from memory foam and springs.
  • A duvet that combines cotton and fibers, is suitable for all seasons, and has a cover with temperature-regulating abilities.
  • A hybrid pillow with phase-change technology, foam cube filling, and adjustable height.
  • A mattress protector with a waterproof layer.
  • A fitted sheet that blends jersey cotton and Aloe Vera.
  • A fitted sheet for the bunk bed mattress, made entirely out of cotton.

The starting price for the Simba mattress is £429 for the Small Single size, but can cost as much as £759.20 for the Emperor size. Other prices include: £199 for the Hybrid topper, £95 for the duvet, and £95 for the pillow.
