Safety 1st started with their ‘Baby On Board’ sign in 1984. Ever since then, they have been expanding their business to more and more products to help parents protect their children at home.
Products and Materials
The Heavenly Dreams Mattress is the only mattress sold by Safety 1st. It is a 5” thick mattress with Thermo-Bonded polyester filling and has a high-density Thermo-Bonded fiber core. The cover is 100% vinyl laminated with polypropylene.
This mattress fits inside cribs and toddler beds. It’s lightweight and durable, capable of resisting stains, odors, and mildew. Its construction is free of phthalates and lead. It has a waterproof cover that wipes clean and is GreenGuard Gold Certified.
Heavenly Dreams also sell bed rails for protection around your bed. Their first option is the Top of Mattress Bed Rail. This eliminates all potentially dangerous gaps in the bed frame and bed. You can set it up within 3 minutes and the SecureTech indicator tells you if everything is locked in place.
It measures 36 inches in length and 8 inches in height and fits twin sized, full and queen-sized beds.
Next is the Secure Click Bed Rail. Installation is simple and easy, and the removable panel allows for easy bed-making. It removes all the dangerous gaps in the bed and fits sizes twin to queen. It also includes a SecureTech indicator that flashes red and green to tell you if everything is securely locked down. It measures 40 inches long, and 14-20 inches high.
Prices
Without any competition, the Heavenly Dream Mattress is priced at a cheap $90.
The Top of Mattress Bed Rail costs $40, as does the Secure Click Bed Rail.
Warranty and Returns
Your original receipt is required to make a warranty claim. Only the original purchaser can claim a warranty, and only the original retailer of Safety 1st will consider the warranty applicable. Depending on your product, you have a 90 day or 1-year warranty lifespan.
Your product is warranted against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials. Safety 1st will decide whether they want to replace or repair your product. If your product is no longer sold or in stock, then they will provide you with a substitute.
If you have misused or abused your product in any way, then it will not be considered applicable under a warranty claim.
The return window is 30 days after purchase. You can only return products bought directly from Safety 1st.com. You will only receive a refund if the product is in a resalable condition. An email will be sent to you to indicate your refund. There are no cash refunds.
Special orders or deals cannot be returned. You require an RGA number, which will be given to you from a customer service provider within 48 hours. The receipt is required, along with the original packaging materials. Unless the return is due to a mistake on Safety 1st’s part, you are responsible for all the return shipping fees. Please allow 14-21 days for processing.
Shipping Information
Shipments are made within 5 business days through FedEx Ground. All shipping and handling have a fee depending on how much the order costs. Once you have placed your order, you cannot cancel it.
