Nature’s Sleep was born five decades ago when it was discovered that there was a market for high quality but low-cost mattresses. Having to undergo three neck surgeries, the founder of Nature’s Sleep, Marc Werner, invented a mattress that would support the neck and back without fail. Featuring not only mattresses, you can also purchase pillows and mattress toppers through this site. While their pillows and mattress toppers will give you a better experience when paired with a Nature’s Sleep mattress; it is not a necessity.
Products & Materials
Many of the mattresses sold by Nature’s Sleep are available in various thickness and heights. Because these are memory foam mattresses, they do not require a box spring for support; so, a selection in terms of height is always attractive to customers.
Some of Nature’s Sleep products include but are not limited to:
- The 10” Topaz Gel Memory Foam Mattress has a medium comfort level and will support the back and spine through contouring. The memory foam layers will allow the body to sink into the mattress far enough to provide comfort but not far enough that damage can be done. Using gel memory foam within the construction of the mattress ensures a lack of overheating as trapped body heat can escape easily through the tiny gel membranes.
- A popular seller, the KD Box Spring/Foundation can be paired with any Nature’s Sleep mattress to provide additional height and support. This product is also sturdy enough to replace using a bed frame if desired and is handmade in the USA using solid wood. Included is a stretch knit cover to provide breathability throughout the box spring and protect the 16 wooden support slats.
- Not in the market for a new mattress but would like to add some additional support to your bed? The 2.5” Natural Elements Memory Foam Mattress Topper will do exactly that. Natural charcoal is infused within the memory foam layers of this mattress which acts as a natural purifier and reduces moisture, odors and trapped body heat because it is a porous material. This topper reduces pressure on the body and will allow for a higher quality of sleep. Can be used on your existing mattress.
- The Vitex Gel Memory Foam Pillow is a jumbo-sized memory foam pillow that features a cooling gel pad directly below the surface. This gel pad will reduce trapped body heat and maintain a cool sleeping surface throughout the night. The attached cover is removable and machine washable for the sleeper’s convenience.

Nature’s Sleep offers their line of mattresses and mattress toppers for all standard sized beds. They are available for purchase in Twin, Twin XL, Full, Queen, King, and California King. The price range for mattresses is between $$499.00 and $3,400.00 with price adjustments for the sizing. Mattress Toppers range between $240.00 and $579.00.
Pillows have a price range of $80.00 to $195.00 (with only two styles to chose from) and foundations can run from $250.00 to $2,500.00. All prices are in USD amounts.
Warranty & Returns
Nature’s Sleep does offer a comprehensive warranty package to their customers on all items sold through their online store. The length of the warranty, however, depends on what item is purchased.
All Nature’s Sleep mattresses have a warranty period of 20 years that covers manufacturer’s defects, physical flaws in the mattress, and deflation of the memory foam that goes beyond normal wear and tear. To avail of this warranty, products must be registered within 30 days of the original purchase date and returns accompanied by the original receipt.
Mattress toppers and foundations have a warranty length of 3 years provided the product is registered and an original receipt can be provided. Pillows have a warranty period of 3 years and follows the same rules and regulations as the other items mentioned in this list. E-Frames have a warranty for one year and must be accompanied by the original receipt after being registered.
Shipping Information
Nature’s Sleep will ship their products through FedEx to anywhere in the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii) and the cost of shipping is generally provided in the original purchase price.
Currently, shipping is not available to international countries, including Canada and it is also not available to P.O. Boxes. A physical street address must be provided to complete your order.
