Naturepedic is a company founded back in 2003, specialized in the manufacturing and distribution of their own luxury organic products. They sells bedding items and mattresses for adults and children alike, eliminating all chemical components that one find in other non-organic bedding products.

Naturepedic delivers a lot of quality mattress that use several organic materials to create superior comfort through products for green-lovers.
- The Chorus is a mattress made with organic cotton and wool batting, another layer of plant-based PLA material, one layer of microcoils for body contouring, plus a support system made from individually-wrapped coils.
- The Serenade mattress has a cover and a comfort layer identical to the Chorus, but also the same pocketed coil support system. However, this model has a transition layer made from organic latex foam.
- The Vegan is a mattress that blends organic cotton fabric and filling, a layer of organic latex, and uses the same plant-based PLA material as above in its construction.
- The EOS Series is a line-up that consists of three mattresses. The EOS Classic is made with either organic latex or microcoils (depending on the choice of the user), and features a support system made with pocketed coils. The EOS Trilux is made with organic latex, organic wool batting, but also plant-based PLA. The EOS Pillow Top model comes with a comfort system made from organic latex, plus the plant-based PLA and the organic wool batting.
- The Halcyon line consists of three more mattresses: the Azure, the Arcadia, and the Elysium. Some of the features of this line are a sateen top quilt with a thread count of 500, organic cotton, and a wool blend sources from alpacas.
Naturepedic also sells other items, such as pillows, toppers, sheets, pads, and even beds and bedding items for kids.

Because the mattresses are made with organic materials and use only the finest fabrics, they also have a higher-than-average price range. For example, the price for the Serenade mattress starts off at $1.499 for the Twin size, and goes all the way up to $2.999 for the Cal King.
