Lightspeed is a company that makes outdoor gear for camping and trips. Established in San Diego in 2009, Lightspeed has been specializing in airbeds for the purpose of outdoor use as their criteria. To entrap both fun and functionality in their mattresses, they make a wide variety of airbeds, pad, and mats for all different kinds of environments.
Products & Materials
Products sold at Lightspeed include sleeping pads and air beds, animal travel beds, and accessories.
They also offer a foam topper for their air bed which goes over the air mattresses for additional comfort.
Lightspeed sells 2-person sized air beds that are PVC-free and come with a pump. This pump is battery powered, though it does not come with the 4-D battery required. This mattress is queen sized and made with TPU (Thermoplastic Polyurethane) so it can easily be compressed for packing and is also lightweight. There are no plastic odors when you first receive this product, and the temperature of this mattress is consistently cool.
The company also offers a FlexForm air bed that has a stretchable fabric top to create a comfortable and quiet sleep surface. The FlexForm air bed is available as a standard queen size. This product has no PVC and is constructed out of TPU as well.
Prices
The 2-person sized air mattress costs $86.
The FlexForm Mattress costs $100.
There is a different price range for air pads and mats since they aren’t as robust as the mattress and beds. They can also come with railing and pillows as well.
Some air pads can come for as much as $110 while cheaper options are along the lines of $38.
There are only two air mats available that are priced $55 and $65.
Warranty & Returns
All products come with a one-year limited warranty to replace or repair your items. Your warranty will cover any defects in material and/or workmanship. Products that are found to be defective will be either repaired and returned to you or replaced. Anything that is no longer in stock will be replaced with a similar product that is equivalent to or greater in value.
Lightspeed also comes with a 30-day return window. If you return your product within this time, you can also get a full refund. The return shipment will not be paid for by Lightspeed, nor will your shipment fees be repaid. The item you’re returning has to be in peak condition in original packaging. There should be no damage to the product.
Shipping Information
Shipping is free in all 50 states through UPS. You have to have a physical address, P.O boxes are not accepted. Orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days after you’ve placed your order. On the second day, if your order is received by 6 am then it’ll ship out on the same day. If it is received after 6 am, then it’ll be shipped on the next day.
