Warranty & Returns
All items sold through FBSport and not a third-party retailer are protected through an 18-month warranty that covers the item for manufacturer’s defects or damaged goods. It does not cover items that have been damaged during use or misconduct. To start a warranty claim, you must contact customer service within the 18 months. If you used a third-party retailer, warranty might differ in terms of replacement and time length. A proof of purchase is required during warranty claims.
Returns are offered within 30 days of the original purchase date if the product is faulty or not what you were expecting in the product. Depending on the reason for the return, an in-store credit may be issued in place of a refund to the original payment method. Shipping costs, if there are any occurred, are not included in the refund.
Sale items are considered final sale and would only be subjected to an exchange in the event of a manufacturers warranty defect.

All orders will ship via standard ground shipping via DHL and delivery times depend on the couriers, weather, etc. Expedited shipping is available for a flat fee which calculates based on where the order is originating from. Import taxes and fees are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the final purchase price.
