Warranty and Returns
Dynasty Mattress has a 120-day return policy in which you can get a full refund. There is no additional restocking fee, and you can send it back in any packaging convenient for you. Adjustable beds cannot be returned and are final sale items. All adjustable bases are refunded at a discounted price.
The company has to receive and inspect the product first before they refund your purchase. If they refuse, it was either not good for resale or was sent after the 120-day window. In such cases, customers have to pay shipping for sending the mattress back.
There is a lifetime warranty on the metal bed frame that goes with the mattress. There is a 10-year warranty on all parts. Repairs and replacements are completely free and the labor is covered by Dynasty Mattress. To make a warranty claim, you have to have proof of your purchase posted with your product when you send it back for repairs.
Shipping Information
Shipping is through FedEx Ground and is free. Your mattress will come rolled and compressed for the best means of transport. Dynasty Mattress does not ship to Alaska or Hawaii, nor does it ship to any PO addresses.
Most shipments come within 3-7 business working days. You can also get White Glove Service for the adjustable bases. They’ll come and set up your bed for you. For an additional $85, they’ll also remove the old bed and all of the packaging remains. You will be contacted to set up a time and date for pickup and drop-off.
