The Aviya mattress is manufactured at the company’s factory facility located in Cleveland, Ohio, by master mattress craftsmen using high-quality materials, high-density foams, and individually wrapped innerspring coils. The company entered the competitive online market in 2015, and does not operator any brick and mortar locations.
Products & Materials
Aviya is a hybrid, innerspring mattress that combines a premium individually wrapped innerspring system with high density and specialty foams. The mattress is sold in all the standard sizes, and in three comfort or firmness levels: Plus, Luxury Firm, and Firm. Customers can purchase a seven-inch mattress foundation, however the mattress can be used with a standard bedframe.
Aviya mattresses are eco-friendly and handcrafted in the United States. The flame retardant materials do not contain harmful chemicals, and the mattress cover is made with natural fibers – cotton, linseed, flax, and other natural fibers combined with sea salt.
The Aviya mattress is CertiPUR-US certified, which means it is made without ozone depleters, harmful flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, without formaldehyde, and phthalates as regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
The Aviya mattress can be used with all beds, including beds that are slatted, or have an adjustable base.
The Aviya mattress:
- Provides core support using an innerspring system in which each individual steel coil is wrapped in its own fabric pocket. Springs provide active support versus the passive support of foam, literally pushing back to support your body.
- The Queen size mattress model has 800 coils and eight-inch spring depth to provide deep and substantial support.
- The quilted top layer of cotton combined with high-density comfort foam gives the mattress a “hotel feel.”
- The support foam layer, on top of an individually wrapped innerspring core provides additional support.
Prices
The Aviya mattress is priced competitively in the busy mattress market. The TwinXL model is the lowest cost option at $799. The larger King and California King models, in luxury firm or firm, will cost the customer $1,399.
Warranty & Returns
Aviya offers a non-prorated, 10-year warranty, and a 100-night “sleep perfect” guarantee. Customers are required to sleep on the mattress for at least 30 nights before requesting a return, or an exchange. The 30-night trial is requested to allow for an adjustment period. There is no penalty for a return. Customers can contact the company to request a return on or before the 100 days of the date of delivery. Aviya will arrange to have the mattress picked up and refund the order by crediting the account used as the original method of payment after Aviya has confirmed the return of all products.
Shipping
Aviya ships free-of-charge to the continental United States only. The company does not ship internationally. Every Aviya mattress is made to order, wrapped, and boxed, and shipped directly from the factory. Depending on the customer’s location and scheduling, it generally takes between three to five days from the day an order is placed for mattress to arrive at its destination.
