Voila is a mattress manufacturer that was founded back in 2016. It offers a single hybrid mattress, available in different firmness options, and sells exclusively online. The mattress is delivered in a compressed box, which measures 18 x 18 x 60 inches.

The Voila mattress is a hybrid bed that brings the best of three worlds together in a product that balances comfort, support, and price. The mattress construction includes:
- Gel latex foam, for improved air circulation and mattress cooling.
- Fiber insulator pad, transitioning to and protecting the pocketed coil core.
- A pocketed coils core, which is divided into different zones, customizing the support given to your body parts.
The mattress provides three different firmness options, plush, medium, and firm, to make sure that every type of sleeper is guaranteed to have a comfortable and supportive option at hand.
Price Range
The price of the Voila mattress is the same regardless of the firmness option chosen. The price kicks off with $699 for a Twin-sized bed, and goes all the way up to $1,499 for a King or Cal King size.
The Voila mattress is not the cheapest option (when compared to other compressed mattresses which are sold online) because the company is looking to create their bed by using only quality materials, purchased directly from the source. Even by cutting the middleman, these materials can turn out to be costly, thus making the Voila a tad more expensive than the most affordable beds-in-a-box.
Warranty & Returns
The Voila mattress comes with a 10-year warranty, which covers any mattress defect repairs or even bed replacement, for as long as the warranty is valid. While the company does handle repair or replacement costs, the buyer will responsible with any shipping and handling fees.
Upon purchasing this mattress, customers will also benefit from 100 nights of free sleep trial, during which they can decide to return the mattress if need be, but no sooner than 30 days. This 30 day minimum break-in period is quite common among large mattress manufacturers, as every new bed takes time adjusting to.
Customers are also welcome to exchange their mattress for a different size or firmness option for one time during their ownership of the Voila bed. However, they will have to pay any shipping costs, as well as price difference for the new mattress. Those that wish to downgrade to a less expensive option will not receive any refunds covering the price difference.
The team over at Voila will work together with the customer by helping them find a local charity to which the mattress will be donated. Voila is in charge of mattress pickup in case of a donation.
Shipping Information
The Voila mattress is shipped throughout the entire US. However, only those living in the 48 continental states can benefit from free shipping, while those living in Alaska and Hawaii will have their shipping costs calculated based on their exact address.
Shipping fees also apply for all US-based customers during certain holidays, or for those that want to exchange their mattress with a new one.
