The entire system of the Smart Nora device is actually really simple: the listening device pick up the snoring sounds (note: the Smart Nora is best used in a quiet sleeping environment), transmits information to the pump, which then adjusts the pillow insert slowly, until the snoring stops.
Construction & Use
Smart Nora is, above all, a sleep aid device. It’s constructed to prevent snoring through a mechanism which detects snoring, and then gently moves the sleeper’s pillow to adjust their position accordingly. There are five main components to the Smart Nora sleep aid: a charger, a control dial, a listening device, a pump, and an air tube.
The pillow insert can be adjusted by inflating it to the desired height, so that the sleeper can achieve a high level of comfort and benefit from customizable options. The tube that inflates air has to connect the pillow insert to the pump, but the latter also connects to the listening device (which is pretty much like a microphone).
The pump requires to be plugged in when in use, but there is also an integrated battery which keeps the device up and running for about 24 hours without power connectivity. However, if there’s a power outlet near the bed, keeping the pump plugged in should be easy.
When the pump is turned on, it will activate the listening device. The pump also features a slider which allows you to select between three different levels of inflation. But, what’s also super important is to adjust the sensitivity of the listening device. This is the threshold that will activate the Smart Nora central unit and make pillow changes accordingly.

The Smart Nora anti-snoring solution is priced at $329, but you can purchase a refurbished unit for as low as $299. It’s still covered by the same warranty, as the refurbished product is basically a barely-used unit which has been returned, verified, repaired (if need be), repackaged, and then resold to those looking for a more convenient price.
Warranty & Returns
Every Smart Nora sleep aid (both new and refurbished models) comes with one year warranty coverage. The first day of warranty is considered the day when you receive your product.
As far as the return policy is concerned, Smart Nora gives its customers a 30 nights free trial period, for them to get acquainted with what the product has to offer. Those that wish to return the product because they are not satisfied with the results can contact the company, which will then send a prepaid shipping label. The return fees are covered by the company.
